What happens after I subscribe?
You will receive an email to set your password that will allow you to log into Safe-Scale®. You can then book your guided setup session.
Is guided setup included?
Yes. Guided setup is included to help turn Safe-Scale into a working system around the way your business operates.
What does “configured around your business” mean?
It means the setup process is designed to reflect how your enquiries, customer communication, follow-up and opportunities are managed.
How long does guided setup take?
For most people guided setup will take around 30 minutes. If this is not enough time, we'll book another 30 minute session with you.
Is ongoing support is included?
Yes. UK based email support are available after your guided setup has been completed if there are still things you are not sure off.
Can I add extra users to my plan?
Yes. Please contact support. Extra charges may apply.
Do you offer a free trial?
Safe-Scale® doe not have standard free trial because guided setup is included. The aim is to help customers get started with a system configured around their business, rather than leaving them to explore software on their own. We believe that helping you get started with Safe-Scale® is much more valuable than a free trial.
